Claims Procedure

The BuildSure insurance repairs claims process includes a few simple steps:

  1. You lodge a claim with your insurance company

  2. Your insurance company contacts BuildSure to request a site inspection to assess the damage

  3. Your dedicated BuildSure Project Manager contacts you to organise a convenient time to come and do a site inspection

  4. BuildSure carry out a site inspection and put together a comprehensive scope of works, including photographs, based on their assessment of the damage

  5. BuildSure send the scope of works to your insurance company along with a quote for the cost of the repair work

  6. Your insurance company assesses the scope of work and decides whether to award the repair work to BuildSure

  7. Any questions on progress should be directed to the Claim Manager allocated by your insurance company.
